This article explores the perceived barriers inhibiting youth’s access to higher education. The goes beyond hard explore “lack of aspiration” as a soft barrier impeding education amongst youth. In this article, term “soft barrier” refers lack aspiration, less tangible aspect that is much more subjective and easily measurable.
